What am I buying?
The Leader Lab is an online workspace for leadership decisions when trust, authority, and continuity are at stake. One purchase gives you lifetime access to all three labs, saved decisions, and the documents you build and export. Your Code Packet is the document bundle you assemble along the way. The purchase grants access to your account. Facilitated team engagements are scoped separately.
Does the purchase include personal coaching?
Work at your own pace, with guided prompts and an AI companion. Personal coaching, live sessions, and facilitated team engagements are scoped separately.
Do I need to finish the assessment or write my code first?
No. Start with the decision in front of you in the crisis workspace. You can build your code and use the Mode Finder alongside that work. The free rehearsal lets you try a fictional crisis before creating an account or buying access. The Mode Finder remains available separately: twenty questions, about five minutes, with your full profile opening after you provide an email address.
What if it isn't for me?
30 days, full refund, keep your documents. Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase to request your refund.
Does Leader Lab access renew?
No. It is a single $495 purchase with lifetime access. Nothing renews, nothing expires, and there is nothing to cancel. Your honor code, decision memos, and ledger are exportable at any time, and they stay yours.
What does Leader Lab access include?
The crisis workspace and all three labs, with six guided steps in each. Work through a current decision, build your code, save and export your documents, and return to review outcomes. A printed Field Guide is included; checkout requires a U.S. shipping address and phone number. It is a one-time purchase at $495 with lifetime access. Create an account or sign in before payment. Browser access opens after payment is confirmed, with nothing to install. Your drafts are private to your account by default and exportable. Institutional publishing is a separate, deliberate action.
Is my work private?
Yes. Your honor code drafts, decision memos, shadow audit, and ledger are private to your account by default. Other users can't see them, organization administrators can't see raw individual reflections, and you can export your data at any time. Ask Chris uses Delphi to process your messages and relevant saved work. Other requested AI analysis uses Anthropic. See the Privacy Policy for processing details.
Can my whole team do this together?
Yes, through For Organizations. The workshop builds a Team Mode Map from individual results, useful for surfacing where a team is overweighted in one mode, missing another, or carrying a collective shadow. Administrators receive aggregate patterns, not individual raw responses.
Do I need the book first?
No. The book is the full argument and the Leader Lab is the practice. They are designed to work together, but the practice stands on its own. Many leaders start with the free Mode Finder, read the book while the result is fresh, and open the Leader Lab when a real decision arrives.
When does the Honor Code Intensive run?
It runs quarterly, six weeks, live, with twelve seats. The first group does not have a date yet. Join the waitlist on this page and you will hear before seats open.
Do bulk book orders get anything?
