What is the difference between the Leader Lab and the Code Packet?
The Leader Lab is a guided online workspace for difficult leadership decisions. The Code Packet purchase gives you lifetime access to all three labs and the documents you build and export. Code Packet also names the finished document bundle you assemble in the Lab.
Does the purchase include personal coaching?
Work at your own pace, with guided prompts and an AI companion. Personal coaching, live sessions, and facilitated team engagements are scoped separately.
Do I need the Mode Finder before the Code Packet?
No. You can buy the Code Packet outright, and the Leader Lab will run the Mode Finder as its first step either way. Most leaders take it first because it is free: twenty questions, about five minutes, no credit card. It names your mode and your shadow on screen as soon as you finish, and opens the full profile, including your secondary mode and your first honor code commitment, once you give an email address. Buy when you have a real decision to work through.

What does the Code Packet include?
All three labs, with six guided steps in each. Start with a mode profile, shadow audit, five-part honor code, decision memos, endurance ledger, and transmission plan in the Honor Lab. Is my work private?
Yes. Your honor code drafts, decision memos, shadow audit, and ledger are private to your account by default. Other users can't see them, organization administrators can't see raw individual reflections, and you can export your data at any time. The AI companion uses relevant saved work and your messages to respond; see the Privacy Policy for processing details.
Can my whole team do this together?
Yes, through For Organizations. The workshop builds a Team Mode Map from individual results, useful for surfacing where a team is overweighted in one mode, missing another, or carrying a collective shadow. Administrators receive aggregate patterns, not individual raw responses.
Do I need the book first?
No. The book is the full argument and the Leader Lab is the practice. They are designed to work together, but the practice stands on its own. Many leaders start with the free Mode Finder, read the book while the result is fresh, and buy the Code Packet when a real decision arrives.
