Do I need to pay to find my mode?
No. The Mode Finder is free. Twenty questions, about five minutes, no credit card. It names your mode and your shadow on screen as soon as you finish, and opens the full profile, including your secondary mode and your first honor code commitment, once you give an email address. Most leaders start there and only buy the Code Packet when the result names a real gap.
What does the Code Packet include?
All six Leader Lab tools, built at your own pace: mode profile, shadow audit, the five-part honor code, unlimited decision memos, the endurance ledger, and a transmission plan. It is a one-time purchase at $495 with lifetime access. Everything is private, exportable, and yours to keep.
Is my work private?
Yes. Your honor code drafts, decision memos, shadow audit, and ledger are private to your account by default. Other users can't see them, organization administrators can't see raw individual reflections, and you can export your data at any time.
Can my whole team do this together?
Yes, through For Organizations. The workshop builds a Team Mode Map from individual results, useful for surfacing where a team is overweighted in one mode, missing another, or carrying a collective shadow. Administrators receive aggregate patterns, not individual raw responses.
Do I need the book first?
No. The book is the full argument and the Leader Lab is the practice. They are designed to work together, but the practice stands on its own. Many leaders start with the free Mode Finder, read the book while the result is fresh, and buy the Code Packet when a real decision arrives.
Is the Code Packet a subscription?
No. It is a single $495 purchase with lifetime access. Nothing renews, nothing expires, and there is nothing to cancel. Your honor code, decision memos, and ledger are exportable at any time, and they stay yours.

What if it does not hold?
Work the six tools. If you finish the Code Packet and the code does not survive contact with a real decision, write within 60 days and we will return the money. The standard we ask you to keep is the one we keep.
